Aktiol is an activator for white fillers (e. g. silica, Kaolin) especially useful because of its effect to reduce the danger of scorch at lower temperature. In comparison to activators like TEA, DEG and PEG Aktiol extends scorch times at the temperature range between 80 and 130 °C. At final curing temperatures, however, Aktiol is activating the curing speed and optimum results may be achieved. Safe mixing temperatures and excellent results for extrusion and injection molding will be obtained by using Aktiol.

Aktiol یک فعال کننده برای پر کننده های سفید مثل سیلیکا و کائولن بوده که به دلیل اثری که بر کاهش احتمال برشتگی در دماهای پایین دارد بسیار مفید است. در مقایسه با دیگر فعال کننده ها مثل TEA، DEG، PEG؛  Aktiol زمان برشتگی در دماهای بین  80 تا 130 درجه سلسی وس را افزایش داده. در دماهای پخت نهایی ، Aktiol سرعت پخت را فعال کرده و نتایج بهینه حاصل میشود.  با استفاده از Aktiol دماهای ایمن اختلاط و نتایج عالی برای اکستروژن و قالبگیری تزریقی حاصل میشود.
